Architect and Consultant Plan Reviews

Whether it is a small project that needs one plan review or a larger project that requires multiple reviews, we are here to attack those plans and provide real-time feedback. This occurs throughout the SD, DD, & CD phases and even after the design process is almost complete. We love to solve problems, and from our experience, it doesn't take long to find them. We cross reference all the different disciplines to look for any design discrepancies. We review the details to make sure they are affordable. We look for better ways to achieve the same and offer solutions whenever possible. We read the consultant reports and ensure those requirements have been incorporated into the design. We pay attention to the details, which is the first line of defense to mitigate schedule impacts and change orders. We do this process with or without the General Contractor's preconstruction services. We are the best at this and love the challenge. If you have a project that doesn't have a General Contractor onboard, this is the service we should be doing for you. 

Project Specification Review

We will flip (page by page) through a short or long form specification and coordinate the project requirements, the project plans, contract requirements, and our client needs and wants into the project specifications. This is not our favorite part of our job (it's painfully boring), but it is necessary. This process directly impacts project costs, schedule, and the project's success.
