Every project has its own requirements that dictate the right design team.
Budget, project type, or size can affect the selection of the design team. A high-rise project needs a more sophisticated team, while a townhouse project might need to focus more on the most cost effective design team. For each project, we look at Experience, Portfolio, Cost, and References to help pick the right team for the right project. More importantly, we have worked with many Architects and Consultants and have a great relationship with all of these different companies, how they operate, and who is cost competitive. It's easy to spend money, but the goal is to make the project pencil.
